While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping times affected by holidays, weather conditions, address errors, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Premade items typically ship within 1–7 business days. Items listed as pre-order  (also known as made to order) require up to  3-6 weeks for production before they are shipped.
