Once a shipping confirmation email and order number have been issued, orders cannot be canceled. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the incorrect size was sent or the wrong product. If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us with your order details and we will gladly resolve the issue.

VividAmbition is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. For delivery-related concerns, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
